Terms of service

These terms apply when a business uses Unmissd. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them.

The service

Unmissd answers your customers' texts, WhatsApps and website enquiries on your behalf, and can book jobs into your Google Calendar. Replies are written by AI using the information you give it. You're responsible for keeping that information (prices, hours, services) accurate, and for checking conversations it flags to you.

AI can make mistakes. Look over your conversations and jobs regularly, and take over any conversation whenever you want to.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. If you don't choose a plan by the end of it, automatic replies pause. Your messages and customers stay saved.

Paying and cancelling

Plans are paid monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy. You can change plan or cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancelling stops future payments.

Using it fairly

Don't use Unmissd to send spam or marketing to people who haven't contacted you, to mislead customers, or for anything illegal. You must have the right to contact the people you message. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Your data

Your customers' details belong to you. You're the controller of them and we're your processor: we process them only to run the service for you, under our data processing agreement, which is part of these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your own details and your customers'.

Liability

We work hard to keep Unmissd running, but we can't promise it will never go down, and messages depend on phone networks and other providers. We aren't liable for lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
